Trust is at the heart of every relationship, and it is especially critical in the workplace. In fact, the primary factor affecting employee turnover is whether or not a trusting relationship was developed between the leader and the employee. When you have trusting relationships between team members and leaders, you have the foundation for building a successful organization or school with higher levels of collaboration, increased creativity and risk-taking, and increased commitment and loyalty. This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore the importance of creating trusting environments and how to create resiliency in yourself and others.
